Certificate Request

A Registered Psychologist may purchase a formal Certificate of Registration from the Psychologists Board. The Certificate is A4 size and suitable for framing.

The Board encourages registered psychologists to purchase a Certificate and display it at their place of work. This will help inform the public about the professional category of registered psychologists.

The cost of the Certificate is $75.00 including GST. A cheque and letter (including registration number) requesting a Certificate should be sent to the Board, or simply download and complete our Certificate of Registration Payment Form (PDF, 14K), complete your details and send it into the Board's office.  Payment by MasterCard and Visa credit cards are also accepted. The Certificate and a receipt would be mailed out within 7 business days from receipt of payment.
