Request for a Certificate of Registration

A Psychologist may purchase a formal Certificate of Registration from the Psychologists Board. The Certificate is A4 size and suitable for framing.

The Board encourages psychologists to purchase a Certificate and display it at their place of work along with their current APC.

The cost of the Certificate can be found here. A letter (including registration number) requesting a Certificate should be sent to the Board, or simply download and complete our Certificate of Registration Payment Form (PDF, 14K), complete your details and send it into the Board's office.  Payment by cheque, MasterCard or Visa credit card is accepted. The Certificate and a receipt will be mailed out within 5 business days from receipt of payment.

Please note that qualifications and titles are not shown on the certificate
